A strategist, visionary, and founder of VZN Holdings Group LLC, a Black-owned holding company born to reclaim what was stolen, restore what was broken, and rebuild what was silenced.

VZN isn’t just a business — it’s a movement wrapped in enterprise, a divine rebellion disguised as a corporate ecosystem. From one spark of vision, I built an entire empire with no handouts, no blueprint — just divine purpose, generational fire, and the will to learn.

I am the embodiment of what happens when resilience meets responsibility.
Over the past two years, I self-taught and self-executed every aspect of VZN’s foundation:

  • Formed a multi-subsidiary LLC holding company structure.
  • Built and designed our websites, member portals, and digital infrastructure from scratch.
  • Developed educational academies (like VZN Legacy Academy) that empower people with financial knowledge, land strategy, and credit mastery.
  • Created the Land Reclamation Fund, turning history into opportunity and forgotten soil into power.
  • Mastered tools like Stripe, MemberSpace, Payhip, SuiteDash, and Zoho Books — with zero tech background, only hunger to lead.
  • Launched our consulting services, media division, apparel line, and funding blueprint — all from vision to reality.

I wasn’t born into wealth. I wasn’t handed opportunity.
I built it — from clarity, grit, and a mission to liberate our people through economic power, ancestral truth, and collective ownership.
