The VZN Land Reclamation Fund exists to identify, acquire, and protect undervalued or vulnerable land—especially in Black, Indigenous, and underserved communities across Eastern North Carolina and beyond.

Our mission is to:

  • Restore community land ownership
  • Shield land from speculation and displacement
  • Build farms, housing, training campuses, and trust-based developments
